SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is a traditional method of printing that involves creating a stencil (also known as a "screen"), and then pressing ink through the stencil onto the shirt. This method is great for designs with limited colors and large quantities, as the stencil can be reused multiple times. However, it can be more expensive for small runs or designs with a lot of colors.
SUBLIMATION
Sublimation printing is a digital printing method that uses heat to transfer dye onto the shirt. This method is great for designs with a lot of colors or gradients, and is often used for athletic apparel and performance wear. However, it is not recommended for dark colored shirts or 100% cotton fabrics.
DIRECT TO GARMENT (DTG)
Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG, is a newer digital printing method that involves printing the design directly onto the shirt using specialized inkjet printers. This method is great for small runs and designs with a lot of colors, and can be used on a variety of different fabrics. However, it can be more expensive than other methods for large runs.
